- Release dates :
Italy - November 20, 1993 (Milan premiere)
Italy - December 3, 1993 - Simona Pirone, the singing voice of Jasmine, who was known under her stage name as Simona Peron, was credited in this movie as Christina.
- Ernesto Brancucci, the singing voice of the Peddler, was credited as Daniele Viri. He used different nicknames in his various dubbings.
- Ernesto Brancucci was also the lyricist of the Italian version of the songs, and was credited as Ermavilo, his regular stage name, for that work.
- Massimiliano Alto, the speaking voice of Aladdin, was only 19 years-old when he dubbed the character.
- Vincent Thoma, the singing voice of Aladdin, and Simona Pirone, the singing voice of Jasmine, got married and moved to Quebec.
- The End credits Pop version, performed by Gigi D'Alessio & Anna Tatengelo, was only added in the Special Italian DVD edition of 2004.
- In that 2004 DVD edition, just like the original dubbing, a racist line of the song "Arabian Nights" was modified, following some protests from the Arab and Muslim communities :
"E ti trovi in galera anche senza un perché, che barbaria, ma è la mia tribù" ("And you find yourself in jail even without a reason, how barbaric, but that's my tribe") became "C'è un deserto immenso, un calore intenso, non è facile, ma ci vivo quaggiù" ("There's an immense desert, an intense heat, it's not easy, but I live down there").
