Finland - February 17, 2006 - The whole 2005 Finnish cast of Bambi (2nd dubbing) returned in this sequel, with the exception of Thumper's mother (originally dubbed by Satu Nipuli).
Samuel Harjanne, Saara Lehtonen and Tommi Varis, part of the additional voices in this sequel, were respectively the voices of Adult Bambi, Adult Faline and member of the choir in the second dubbing of the original movie. - Jyrki Kovaleff, the voice of Friend Owl, died on November 3, 2009 of prostate cancer, after first contracted it in 2005. He was 55 years-old.
- Sari Ann Stolt, the voice of Bambi's mother, was credited with her maiden name, Sari Moilanen.
