- Release date :
Canada - November 18, 1988 - This is the first Disney ANIMATED movie to receive a separate dubbing from and for Quebec. However, the first Quebec French Disney dubbing was "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", released earlier that same year.
- The songs never received proper French titles in Quebec. While the Karaoke versions in the Extras on some Quebec DVDs display them with their European French titles, the credits just mention the original English titles. The titles you can find on this page are a reconstitution of the obvious titles of the songs according to what the characters sing in Quebec French.
- Inti Chauveau, the voice of Oliver, was only 9 years-old when he dubbed the character.
