  • Diana Santos, the voice of the young human cub Mowgli was credited as A. D. Santos (her full name being Alicia Diana Santos), so that people wouldn't know Mowgli was dubbed by a girl. In later releases, Creative Executive Raúl Aldana asked her how she wanted to be credited, and she asked for her full name to appear.

    She is the daughter of Edmundo Santos, who was in charge of the dubbing.
  • Germán Valdés, known as Tin Tan, became ill with hepatitis, which degenerated into cancer. He then fell into a hepatic coma and died on June 29, 1973, aged 57.
  • Francisco Colmenero, the voice of Dizzy, was credited by his nickname, Pancho Colmenero.
