This will not affect Albanian dubbings which are now approved by Disney ; Nor rare languages like Kabardian, Karachay-Balkar ... etc whose dubbings are made to preserve their "dying languages".
Persian dubbings are made by a dozen of different studios through Iran, with a quality of dubbing of an amateurish level.
