TRIVIA

• In 1938, a Greek dub of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was originally considered, but ultimately not produced.

• Possibly due to financial reasons, Greece stopped dubbing Disney films after The Rescuers (1977).
  Dubbing would only resume in 1990, likely following the commercial success of The Little Mermaid (1989), which was part of a broader wave of increased localization in multiple emerging markets, including parts of East and Southeast Asia.
