  • Coen van Vrijberghe de Coningh, the speaking voice of Rasputin, never saw the movie. He died on November 15, 1997, of cardiac arrest, during a play, when he was only 47 years-old. Rasputin was his last dubbing work, which took place two days before his death. He didn't get the time to perform the song "In the Dark of the Night", which was eventually sung by Ernst Daniël Smid.
