Sweden - October 4, 1943 (1st Swedish dub)
Sweden - March 21, 1986 (2nd Swedish dub) - For the first VHS release of Bambi in 1994, Disney accidentally used the 1943 original dubbing instead of the re-dub from 1986. The Swedish dubbing studio of the 1986 re-dub and the director of that dub, Doreen Denning, complained, but Disney did not see it as economical to call back the VHS.
- About the 1st dub (1943) :
- Nils Kihlberg, the voice of Bambi, died in 1965 after a traffic accident with a military truck. He was 49 years-old.
- About the 2nd dub (1986) :
- Rickard Barrefelt, the voice of Young Bambi, was credited as Ricard Barrefeldt on the DVD.
- Isabel Franciosa, the voice of Young Flower, was credited as Isabell Franciosa on the DVD.
