  • Release dates :
    Sweden - December 26, 1961 (Cinema) (1st Swedish dub)
    Sweden - December 8, 1979 (Cinema)
For this release, the movie was promoted with the title "Pongo och valptjuvarna". This title was also used for the 1987 release, and for diverse LPs, CDs and books in the 1970s and the 1980s.
    Sweden - April 10, 1987 (Cinema)
    Sweden - March 17, 1995 (Cinema) (2nd Swedish dub)
  • While in the first dub (1961), Jasper and Horace were respectively called Jeppe and Hjalle, their names were switched in the second dubbing (1995) : Jasper became Hjalle and Horace became Jeppe.
  • About the 1st dub (1961) :
    • Kristina Adolphson, the voice of Anita, was miscredited as Christina Adolphson on the Press Booklet.
    • The character Lucy is credited as Ankan, which means "duck", while Lucy is a goose.
Ullacarin Rydén, her voice, was credited as Ulla-Karin Rydén on the Press Booklet.
  • About the 2nd dub (1995) :
    • While the DVD credits mention Gunnar Uddén for the role of Danny, the 1995 Press Brochure credits Jan Koldenius for the role.
    • Hasse Andersson, the voice of Horace, is from Malmö and speaks in this role with a strong dialect from that region. This dialect is said to sound closer to Danish language than Swedish, making it hard to understand it by Swedes.
    • Viktoria Börstell, the voice of Rolly, and Viktoria Börstell, the voice of Patch, are the children of Michael Börstell, the voice of Jasper.
