  • Release dates :
    Denmark - September 29, 1938 (1st dubbing)
    Denmark - 1982 (2nd dubbing)
Recordings were made in October/November 1982
  • According to the newspaper "Kristeligt Dagblad" from July 1938, only three actors were supposed to voice the six dwarves : Sigurd Langberg, Aage Foss & Victor Montell. It seems that decision was changed afterwards.
  • While the Kristeligt Dagblad and the Theater Booklet mention "Aage VOSS", the Billed-Bladet and 1938 Press Material mention "Aage FOSS". The first one is a 30s Jazz Musician, the second one an actor. Certainly a typo, it seems to be Aage Foss; but needs confirmation.
  • The first dubbing also premiered in Iceland.
  • Even though the songs' titles are the same in both dubbings, the lyrics were changed in the new version.
  • It seems the song "One Song" was never given an official Danish title.
  • The reason given in the Press Material for the new dubbing is that the first dubbing sounded outdated with a very distinctive Copenhagen-diction.
  • The 1982 LP Soundtrack mentions Mogens Dam as the Lyricist, but it seems to be a mistake, as the lyrics in the second dubbing are different from the first version, and Mogens Dam died in 1979.
  • Tove Hyldgaard and Tonny Landy, the voices of Snow White and the Prince in the second dubbing, are married in real life.
  • Thomas Eje, the voice of Doc in the second dubbing, was only 25 years-old when he dubbed the character - the youngest member of the cast.
  • Jesper Langberg, the son of Sigurd Langberg who voiced Grumpy and the Huntsman in the first dubbing, told the site "Med Dansk Tale" how he was angry with his dad because he was the voice of the Huntsman who wanted to kill Snow White.
