  • Jan Kalous, the speaking voice of Young Simba, died by suicide on August 29, 2018. He hanged himself after battling with depression for many years. He was 39 years-old.

  • While it seems Pavel Soukup did the speaking and singing voice of Scar, Karel Heřmánek (speaking) and Jiří Schmitzer (singing) are credited for this role on the BLU-RAY.
    However, the 1994 Cassette credtis Pavel Soukup for the speaking, and Jiří Schmitzer for the singing.
    There are, actually, two versions of the song "Be Prepared", one sung by Pavel Soukup, the other sung by Jiří Schmitzer. It is still unknown however, if the version by Jiří Schmitzer was made only for the soundtrack, or was the original singing voice of Scar before being replaced by Pavel Soukup.
  • Monika Ticháčková, the voice of Young Nala, isn't credited in the song "I Just Can't Wait To Be King". It can either be an oversight, or Kateřina Buriánková, the singing voice of Young Simba, also sang for Young Nala.
  • The songs "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" and "Hawaiian War Chant" aren't credited.
