  • **The European Spanish lyrics of "A Whole New World" were written by Spanish Lyricist Alejandro Nogueras, but with the help of Mexicans Lyricists Renato López & Walterio Pesqueira, explaining why the lyrics in both versions of that song are similar.
  • Javier Pontón, the voice of Iago, is actually Mexican and worked as the Creative Executive of the Latin American Spanish dubbing of Aladdin.
  • The singer Michelle (full name : Michelle Early), who sang the Pop version of the song, is actually American. She fell in love with Spain, and as her mother was a manager of Latin singers, she got her a contract. Today, she stopped singing and works as a Sales Manager.
  • Even though Jafar's name is written as Yafar in the credits of "Aladdin" and "The Return of Jafar", the second movie's title uses the original spelling of the name "El Retorno de Jafar".
  • Joanna Stier, the Translator, was miscredited as Joana Stier.
